Grilled Balsamic Glazed ChickenWould you look at the nice marinade coated chicken! I knew when I used this marinade on Rib Eye steaks that it would be fabulous on chicken as well and it was! I'm in love with Trader Joe's Balsamic GlazeChicken was so flavorful and juicy and it grilled up nicely! This marinade is awesome! All the ingredients are well balanced with each other and it makes for one beautiful caramelized char on the chicken! Eating good in the neighborhood! 1/2 cup Balsamic Glaze, not vinegar 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons minced garlic 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons olive oil sea salt, ground black pepper & onion powder, to taste 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, if they are on the bigger side just pound them to thin out In a large Ziploc bag or dish combine all sauce ingredients and mix well. With a fork, poke holes all over chicken or use a meat tenderizer. Add chicken to marinade and refrigerate 4 hours or more. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to grilling and let rest. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill chicken on each side 6 minutes or until inside temp reaches 175° Remove from grill and let rest before serving.
