Ramen LasagnaI saw this recipe on Facebook and knew that I had to try it! It was good! I wouldn't call it Lasagna but I'd call it Jazzed Up Spaghetti! The reason is, I love the hearty Lasagna noodles in Lasagna and that's what is missing in this "Lasagna" We love Ramen Noodles so that made this recipe one that I had to make! And of all the things that I have cooked, this was my 1st ever time using Ricotta! I've always used something else in place of Ricotta! It was good though! This was very filling, very easy and something different! We enjoyed it! 4 packs any flavor Ramen Noodles, discard flavor packet 1 cup Ricotta cheese, divided 1 (24 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce, divided 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided Preheat oven 350° With a butter knife gently slice thru the ramen noodles to make 2 whole slices. You will end up with 8 slices. In a 9x13 baking dish lay 4 of the slices on the bottom. Spread half of the ricotta and spread half of the sauce on top of the ricotta. Top with half of the Mozzarella. Top with remaining Ramen and repeat layers ending with Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 25 minutes or until cheese has melted.
