Cheesy Broccoli Chicken & Rice BakeThis was very simple to make and delicious! I love the Knorr products! So much you can do with them! The Cheddar Broccoli Rice is so good just on its own that when I saw this recipe I knew that it had to be good and I was right! My family doesn't like broccoli but the tiny bits of it in the rice is good to them! So I only put the broccoli floret pieces on half of the casserole and it worked out great because all of that broccoli was mine! This does need the salt and pepper or any other seasoning you like so season it up! This is a recipe that I saw on Facebook but no one to give credit to! No link or name! 2 (5 ounces each) packages Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Rice 1 (10.5 ounce) can Cream Of Chicken soup 2 (14.5 ounce each) Chicken Broth but only use half of the 2nd can 1¼ pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces salt & pepper, to taste 2½ cups broccoli florets, cut into bite size pieces 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Preheat oven 375° In a sprayed 9x13 casserole dish empty rice packages. Add soup and 1 can of broth plus half of the 2nd can of broth. Mix well with rice. On top of rice mixture put chicken in a single layer. Salt and pepper to your taste. Add broccoli florets. Bake covered 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove from oven, top with cheese and bake uncovered until cheese is melted.
