Garlic Parmesan ShrimpWe love shrimp! One of our favorite seafoods! I love the packages of the 20 count shrimp cocktail because it is the perfect size for us and the shrimp pieces are pretty good size especially for this recipe! It's a lot easier and quicker than peeling and deveining because all that you need to do it take off the tail shell and they are ready to go! Nice and crispy shrimp and make sure to scoop up all the goodness left in the baking dish from the melted cheese and breadcrumbs that burnt a little during baking! Yummy! This recipe comes from allrecipes and a lot of great recipes can be found on allrecipes! nonstick cooking spray 1 cup Italian Panko Bread Crumbs 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons dried parsley 1½ teaspoons garlic powder 1 (20 count) package of shrimp cocktail removing tail shell or 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tablespoons butter, melted, or more to taste Preheat the oven to 350° Spray a 9x13 glass casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to mix ingredients together. Add shrimp and shake to coat. Lay shrimp flat in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with any bread crumb mixture remaining in the bag. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake until starting to crisp, 15 to 20 minutes. Switch to broil setting until topping is light brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve.
