Cabbage Hash BrownsI read the reviews on this recipe and some said it taste like potato hash browns and some said it didn't! In my opinion it definitely did NOT taste like potato hash browns! I really liked it though and for some odd reason it tasted like fried zucchini to me and I love zucchini any way that it is cooked! This was easy to make and very carb friendly! That's the good thing about finding recipes like this! If you like cabbage you'll like this recipe! Recipe comes from delish 2 large eggs garlic powder, to taste salt & black pepper, to taste cayenne pepper, to taste 2 cups shredded cabbage 1 small yellow onion, diced 1 Tablespoon peanut oil or oil of choice In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Add cabbage and onion to egg mixture and toss to combine. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Divide mixture into 4 patties in the pan and press with spatula to flatten. Cook until golden and tender, about 3 minutes per side. Don't flip until cabbage is browning. Remove to paper towels to drain before serving.
