So easy and what a refreshing little treat! I've made these for a very long time and every time I make them they are gone in a flash! It's a CopyCat recipe from a local restaurant, Frisch's Big Boy! I have no idea how they make their strawberry filling but this is how I make mine!
These cute little babies will make everyone happy and your tummy full of love! Also perfect for the little ones in your life! I love using Reddi-Whip Whipped Topping but use your favorite!
1 (16 ounce) container fresh strawberries, diced 1 (8 ounce) Ready To Use Strawberry Glaze 2 packs Keebler Mini Ready Graham Cracker Pie Crusts (6 in a pack) Whipped Topping
Wash and dice strawberries removing stems. Mix in glaze.
Fill mini pie shells with strawberry mixture just shy of full so there will be plenty of room for the whipped topping.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
When ready to serve, add whipped topping to each pie when it is going to be eaten.
