Peach Crunch This recipe comes from my friend Mellissa (imkatiesmom) It's so easy to throw together and you'll love how it taste! The great taste of peaches combined with the cake mix and the crunch of the topping and you're in heaven! Yum! 1 (29 ounce) can peaches, do not drain 1 box butter pecan or spice cake mix, dry 1 stick butter ½ Cup chopped nuts vanilla ice cream, optional Pour peaches and their juice into bottom of cake pan. Spread out. Sprinkle dry cake mix over peaches. Spread out evenly. Cut butter in to pieces and evenly space over top. Sprinkle on nuts. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream if desired.
