Peanut Butter CookiesI love the Christmas holiday season! My mom and Sister In Law and niece always have a baking day thru the holidays and I decided to join them this year! We baked all day since we did several types of cookies and made enough to split between us, which is 4 families! My favorite is the Thumbprint or the No Bake, it's a toss up! 1 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar, packed 2 eggs, well beaten 1 Tablespoon milk 2 cups flour, sifted 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Sprinkles if desired Preheat oven to 325 degrees Combine butter, salt and peanut butter and mix well. Gradually add both sugars creaming thoroughly after each addition. Add eggs and milk, mixing well. Sift together flour and baking soda and blend with the peanut butter mixture. Drop by teaspoons onto sprayed (Pam) cooking sheet and lightly press with a fork to flatten. Add sprinkles if desired. Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool.

I like to make this on the weekends when I have more free time. The kids like to help me make sweets, too. I like peanut butter cookies because they are healthier. I don't use sugar, so they're good too.
