Mom's Easy Strawberry PieHappy Mother's Day to me! Mom made me her fresh and easy Strawberry Pie for Mother's Day! She is so sweet! It must be a sweet kind of day because I made her cupcakes! This pie is so refreshing and strawberries here in Ohio are plentiful and so good right now! I ran out and bought a can of Reddi-Wip and we were set! Enjoyed it for lunch! 1 (8-9 inch) Ready To Use Graham Pie Crust 1 (16 ounce) container fresh strawberries (sliced in quarters) 8 ounces Ready To Use Strawberry Glaze Whipped Cream for topping (such as Reddi-Wip or Cool Whip) Wash and dry strawberries. Cut off tops. Cut larger strawberries into quarters and smaller strawberries into half. In a large bowl add strawberries and top with strawberry glaze and mix well. Let sit for 15 minutes. Pour into pie crust, spreading evenly and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 1 hour. Top with whipped cream when serving.
