Simply Great ChickenSource: Rachel vs The Kitchen Talk about easy, this is the recipe. 3 ingredients and in a hour and you have a delicious dish on the table. You will have sauce left in the pan for drizzling chicken, once plated. I sprayed aluminum foil with Pam and laid it in the casserole dish for the chicken to bake on. 3½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken 1 (.7 ounce) packet of dried Italian dressing seasoning mix (such as Good Seasonings) 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 13 inch x 9 inch pan and set aside, and/or it may be preferable to line your dish with aluminum foil as the sugar tends to caramelize while baking. Rinse chicken, pat dry with paper towels. Combine the dried Italian seasoning mix and the brown sugar, mixing together well. Dip and press the chicken pieces into the mixture, coating front and back and place into your prepared pan, top side of the chicken facing up. Any extra coating that remains can just be sprinkled over the chicken. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until chicken is done. Per Katy's suggestion, I turned the chicken over a couple of times and spooned the sauce over it while it was baking. My "final turn" left the chicken with the top side facing up.
