Sweet Onion Dip
This dip is amazing! My brother had a Celebration Of Life family gathering over the weekend for my late niece Felicia and my niece Holly made this dip! I could go on forever telling how good this is and you must make it! Even my picky about when he likes onions hubby loved it! OMGosh, I could have eaten all of it if I had no self control!
Crazy good! It's warm with the sweet onions coming thru the creamy cheese and the hint of parmesan throughout! The crispy brown cheesy top takes this dip to the moon and back! I made this my meal along with some Fruit Salsa and I was set! I had love in my tummy! This will be one of my top recipes when making dips! I wish I could have shared some with you! Delicious!1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sweet onion, grated
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ tablespoon cracked black pepper
Sea Salt & Olive Oil Flatbread Crisp Crackers for dipping or your cracker or bread of choice
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, mayo, grated onion, parmesan cheese and black pepper mixing well.
Place mixture in a 10 inch deep pie dish or an 8x11 baking dish.
Bake until the top is a deep golden brown, 45 to 55 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
