Roasted Ranch PotatoesIt couldn't get more easier than this but the taste is outstanding! The hint of ranch throughout the potatoes with the coating of the olive oil making the potatoes nice and just right soft! A great side dish to any meal! It bet this would be good adding some onion! Delicious! We don't eat potatoes often but this way of making them is tops in my book! Thanks to Kandice, my son's girlfriend, for the recipe! 10-12 small red potatoes, washed and quartered 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Tablespoon Dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix salt & pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 375° Spray a baking sheet. Mix everything on baking sheet. Mixing with your hands is the best way to make sure potatoes are well coated. Spread potatoes out on baking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, turning potatoes and mixing up half way thru baking time.
