Chicken & Pepperoni Pizza PaniniYum-O! I love my panini press! It makes some awesome sandwiches! The crispy crunch of the Italian bread with the tasty Chef Boyardee pizza sauce, mingling with the pepperoni, cheese and the chicken made for one heck of a delicious panini! Very filling and very satisfying to the taste buds! Our taste buds were alive and well! Having the taste and smell of a pizza without eating pizza! Life is good! To Make 1 Panini2 slices Italian White Bread butter pepperoni slices 2 Tablespoons pizza sauce, (I used Chef Boyardee) 2 Tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese, or more to taste 2 thin slices chicken breast deli lunch meat, (Boar's Head is awesome) Butter one side of each piece of bread. In this order layer pepperoni, pizza sauce, cheese and chicken breast on un-buttered side of bread. Place another piece of bread on top of chicken, buttered side out. Place on panini press and grill 3 minutes or until desired crispiness and cheese is melted.
