Creamy Browned Butter Pork ChopsI don't cook with butter very often but I really wanted to make these pork chops in butter, the way my friend makes them! Oh Boy, they were so flavorful! Just look at the buttery gravy in the picture! Not to much, just right! There really wasn't a buttery taste that stood out, just everything together complimented each other so well! The chicken broth with half & half cream and seasoning from the pork chops was the perfect balanced taste for your taste buds! No flour needed and an easy peasy recipe! Your family will think you slaved over the stove making them an awesome dinner! Yummy! Creamy and juicy! 6 boneless pork chops, on the thinner side, mine were almost 1½ total pounds, thawed Seasoned salt, to taste dry minced garlic flakes, to taste dry minced onion flakes, to taste 3-4 Tablespoons butter 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup half & half cream Season thawed pork chops on both sides with seasoned salt, garlic flakes and onion flakes. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add pork chops and brown, about 5 minutes per side. Add chicken broth to skillet with pork chops and bring to a boil and boil until broth is almost boiled down all the way, about 20 minutes. You want to have some left in skillet. Remove pork chops and add half & half cream to skillet with all the yummy bits. Mix well and boil until thickened somewhat. Return pork chops and let simmer in the gravy about 5 minutes. Serve.
