Lemon DessertRefreshing Dessert! Yummy! I am going to post this the way the layers go. It is much easier so check each layer for the ingredients. Layer #1 (crust) 1 stick butter, softened 1 cup flour 1/2 cup pecans, chopped Mix together and bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 13 minutes. Cool. Layer #28 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 cup powdered sugar 8 ounces cool whip but only use 1 cup in this step. Mix well and spread on crust. Layer #32 packs (3 ounces each) Instant lemon pudding 3 cups milk Beat until thick and spread over layer #2 Spread top with remaining cool whip and another 1/2 cup pecans. Refrigerate 4 hours.
