Awesome Chicken MarinadeThis is an awesome marinade! The balsamic vinegar and soy sauce mix well together and the brown sugar brings a hint of sweetness! I love Spicy Brown Mustard and that's what I used in this recipe and it was wonderful especially paired with Worcestershire and lemon juice! Everything joined together for one happy taste bud! Chicken turns out very tender! Another winner for the grill! Love how it gives the chicken a little char! Delicious! Recipe adapted from MOM ON TIME OUT½ cup extra virgin olive oil ½ cup balsamic vinegar ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce 1/8 cup lemon juice ¾ cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons dried rosemary 2 Tablespoons Dijon or Spicy Brown mustard salt and pepper, to taste garlic powder, to taste 3 large boneless skinless chicken breast, butterfly cut all the way through to make 6 (about 2½ pounds) Combine all ingredients except chicken. Remove a half a cup of marinade and reserve for later. Place chicken in a large Ziploc bag and add marinade. Mix well. Marinate for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through at 175°. Remove from grill and tent with foil until reserved marinade is ready. On stovetop bring reserved marinade up to a boil, simmer until slightly reduced. Drizzle on grilled chicken.
