Hawaiian Ham Salad SlidersA great way to use up your holiday ham or for anytime you get ham from the deli! The pineapple makes this recipe! It's the star of the show and the Hawaiian rolls! Simple to make and big on taste! We love eating sandwiches and we don't do it as much as we would like to! This is another sandwich that I made at work and customers loved it! Recipe from Chin Deep6 sweet Hawaiian rolls, split 1 cup cooked ham, chilled and diced 1/4 cup real mayonnaise 3 Tablespoons finely chopped sweet bell pepper or celery (I used red bell pepper and celery) 2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard or Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon sugar freshly ground black pepper, to taste 6 Tablespoons pineapple rings, diced Split rolls. In a small bowl, combine ham, mayo, bell pepper/celery, onion, mustard, sugar, ground black pepper and pineapple until all ingredients are mixed well. Divide ham salad evenly among the 6 rolls.
