Breakfast CasseroleI first had this in Myrtle Beach South Carolina when my Sister In Law made it for breakfast! Delicious is all I can say about it! The perfect breakfast for just throwing it in the oven in the morning and forgetting about it for about an hour! Definitely a taste bud pleaser! Love in the tummy! 1 pound roll breakfast sausage, browned, drained 7 slices bread, cubed 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 7 eggs 2 cups milk 1 teaspoon of each: salt, pepper & ground mustard Brown and crumble sausage. Drain. In a Pam sprayed 9x13 dish layer bread, cooked and drained sausage and cheese. In a bowl beat eggs, milk and spices and pour over layered bread, sausage and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown on top.
