Spinach DipThis is one fantastic appetizer! If you have picky eaters that don't like spinach, they will never taste it! They will see green but will never suspect that it's spinach! Even my spinach hating hubby ate this and he knew it was spinach! Quick and easy to throw together and a great party pleaser! Disappears fast! 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry 16 ounces sour cream 1 cup Mayonnaise 1 package KnorrĀ® Vegetable dip recipe mix (found in the can soup section) 1 (8 ounce) water chestnuts, drained and small diced 3 individual stalks green onions, chopped 2 round rye breads Combine all ingredients (except bread) in a bowl and chill about 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, hollow out one of the breads and fill with dip. Break up the entire 2nd bread bowl to serve as dippers and include the hollowed out bread from the first bowl.
