Sausage Breakfast CasseroleThis is the 1st breakfast casserole that I ever made! My sister in law made it on vacation and I've been making it since! It does need to sit in the fridge overnight so prepare for that! Delicious! 5 Stars! 1 pound roll sausage, browned 7 slices bread, cubed 7 eggs 2 cups milk 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese teaspoon of each, salt, pepper, ground mustard In a Pam sprayed 9x13 dish layer bread, cooked and drained sausage, and cheese. In a bowl beat eggs, milk and spices and pour over layered bread, sausage and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown on top and eggs are done. Test the middle with a tooth pick.
