Chili Spaghetti CasseroleMmmm, Mmmm, Good! Cincinnati is known for it's 3 Way, Chili, Spaghetti & Cheese! Well top that of with some French Fried Onions and you've got one tasty meal! You don't want to over do the amount of spaghetti because your chili will get lost in it! 6 ounces was perfect! Everyone has their favorite chili recipe and this is a great way to use up your leftover or if you've just made a fresh pot! I made a fresh pot Sunday and pulled 3½-4 cups out of it just for this recipe later in the week! I am so glad I did because this recipe is awesome! Love recipes with French Fried Onions! I adapted this recipe from Plain Chicken! She used can chili but that wasn't in the cards for me! Link is below in ingredients for her original recipe! 8 ounces spaghetti pasta, cooked & drained 3½-4 cups leftover or fresh homemade chili or PLAIN CHICKEN RECIPE½ cup sour cream 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 (2.8 ounce) can French Fried Onions Preheat oven to 350° Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Warm chili and add sour cream. Mix well. Put cooked and drained spaghetti in baking dish and stir in chili mixture. Top with cheese and French fried onions. Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
