Hammy Hashbrown CasseroleRecipe by: 3kidsmommy/Janice A friend of mine just threw this dish together one night for dinner. Delicious and easy! Changes I made were: instead of mixing ingredients in a large bowl, I mixed it in the 9x13 casserole dish and instead of adding 1 cup of french fried onions, I added a 6 ounce can! 1 (2 pound) package frozen hashbrown potaoes with peppers & onions, thawed 8 ounces sour cream 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups diced ham 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 cup French's fried onions Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl, combine, potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheddar cheese and ham. Gently mix and pour into prepared pan. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. After 30 minutes of cooking, add enough parmesan cheese to just cover the top and sprinkle the french fried onions over that. Put back in the oven and continue baking the remaining 15 minutes.
