Mom's Deviled EggsMy mom's deviled eggs! We love them! Creamy & delicious! 6 eggs, boiled then peeled 2 Tablespoons mayo or Miracle Whip (or more for creamy) ½ teaspoon sweet pickle juice ½ teaspoon yellow mustard Salt & pepper to taste Paprika (optional) Boil eggs 8-12 minutes or until hard boiled. Cool. Peel. After cooled, slice eggs in ½ lengthwise. In a medium bowl combine boiled egg yolks, mayo, pickle juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread mixture into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika if desired. Chill in refrigerator.
