Glazed Kielbasa & Pineapple BitesAnother great appy for our Super Bowl spread! Simple to make and they disappear fast! Amazing sauce! It's another sauce that you could use on a lot of things! Hubby already has his wheels turning on what to use this sauce on, on the grill! Chicken, shrimp, pork chops, you name it, it's going to be good! A real Asian taste going on with a hint of sweet and not spicy at all, just the right amount! I baked mine long enough to get the char on the kielbasa because we love it that way! I also just rolled the bites in the bowl of sauce instead of brushing them and that worked perfect for me! It was very easy with the toothpick! Recipe from Jam Hands www.jamhands.net/2014/01/glazed-kielbasa-pineapple-bites.html1 (14 ounce) regular Kielbasa, sliced in coins 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, reserve juice 3 Tablespoons Teriyaki sauce 1 Tablespoon sweet chili sauce 1 Tablespoon honey 1 Tablespoon pineapple juice (from can) Preheat oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or sprayed foil. Place a piece of pineapple on top of a slice of kielbasa and stick a toothpick into them.
