Creamy Italian Grilled ChickenThis is a great marinade! I can't pinpoint what exactly made this so good but I'm betting it was the Roasted Garlic Ranch Salad Dressing! Just a little "zippity-do-dah to let you know something good was there! Chicken was so moist and flavorful and nothing like I've ever had before! Both salad dressings went so well together! It smells amazing while grilling! Every time my hubby lifted the lid to the grill it made me want to eat right then and there! Be prepared to marinate chicken 8 hours or so! This recipe was adapted from PLAIN CHICKEN www.plainchicken.com/2015/07/roasted-garlic-italian-grilled-chicken.html1 cup Zesty Italian Salad Dressing ¾ cup Roasted Garlic Ranch Salad Dressing 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, thawed, thinner is best, butterfly cut larger breasts in half Dry Italian Salad Dressing Seasoning Mix, to taste In a large Ziploc bag, pour salad dressings and mix well. Add thawed chicken and massage with dressings. Place in fridge 8 hours or so. Remove chicken from Ziploc and season on both sides with Dry Italian Salad Dressing Seasoning Mix. Discard marinade. Set the grill to medium high heat and grill chicken 6-8 minutes on each side or until inside temp reaches 175°. This will depend on the size of your chicken and how your grill cooks. Remove from grill and let rest a few minutes before serving.
